Rose and other celebrity skin care brands have been battling an opioid crisis in recent months, prompting the company to issue a statement saying it would be closing stores.
Rose has said she will stay open, but the statement also said the company will not reopen until all opioid abuse is addressed and the industry can move forward.
“We have seen the need for this change and that the need is clear and that it will happen,” the statement said.
“But for now, we will be closing Rose and we will focus on our other products, which include Rose Health Care and O.I.
I, as well as our brand new Rose Beauty.
We know this is a tough time for many, but we are doing everything we can to ensure Rose and our brand remain strong and sustainable for years to come.”
